Shipping & Delivery

Dispatch times

In-stock pieces dispatch within 1–2 business days of order confirmation. Made-to-order and customised pieces show their lead time on the product page; that lead time is added before dispatch. Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays are processed the next business day.

Delivery timelines

We ship across India through reputed courier partners. A delivery estimate for your PIN code is shown on the product page and again at checkout, before you pay. Typical timelines after dispatch:

• Metro cities — 2–4 business days.
• Rest of India — 4–7 business days.
• Remote or restricted PIN codes may take longer, or may not be serviceable for cash on delivery.

Shipping charges & COD

Shipping charges, if any, are shown at checkout before payment — there are no hidden charges at delivery. Cash on delivery is available on serviceable PIN codes and may carry a small collection fee, also shown at checkout.

Tracking

Once your order ships, you receive the tracking number by SMS and email, and can follow the shipment live from the order page in your account.

Packaging

Every order ships in tamper-evident, discreet packaging with no indication of value on the outside. Inside, your jewellery is packed in the MOON box with its BIS hallmark authenticity card and anti-tarnish care guidance.

If delivery fails

Our courier attempts delivery up to three times and will contact you on the phone number on the order. If the address is incorrect or the package goes unclaimed, it returns to us; we will contact you to reship (reshipping charges may apply) or to refund the order minus the original shipping cost.

If your package arrives visibly damaged or tampered with, please refuse delivery if possible, and in any case report it to us within 48 hours at care@moon.example — a short unboxing video makes resolution fastest.

International shipping

We currently ship within India only. Write to care@moon.example if you'd like to be notified when international shipping opens.
